Welcome to my website!
I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. I completed my doctoral degree in Public Policy (Management, Leadership, and Decision Science Area) at Harvard University.
At the core of my research is a central question: How do emotions influence decision-making, and how can we harness this understanding to help individuals and organizations thrive? To address this, I pursue two interrelated lines of inquiry. First, I advance a contingency framework for understanding the effects of positive emotions on decision-making. Second, I work toward a contingency framework for emotion regulation by identifying scalable intervention strategies and the conditions under which they most effectively promote well-being and performance.
I'm on the 2025-2026 academic job market.
