Welcome to my website!

I am a doctoral candidate in Public Policy (Management, Leadership, and Decision Science Area) at Harvard University.

My research consists of two streams, both with important implications for organizational functioning and employee well-being. In the first stream, I study how people manage their feelings, especially in high-stress situations. In the second stream, I examine the role of emotion in judgment and decision-making, aiming to help employees and managers make better decisions regarding their health and professional outcomes.
